Health Guarantee

As the date of sale, this puppy is guaranteed for a period of 72 hours or 3 working days. We advise that this puppy is seen by a licensed veterinarian of your choice before the 72 hour period lapses. If he/she finds the pup is not healthy, please contact us right away and we will discuss the best solution to help solve the problem. This health warranty does not include any treatable condition (such as internal parasites) & will not be covered in such guarantee. The veterinarian's signed disapproval must be sent back to our address, 32344 L Ave Beaman, IA 50609. If this is not done, the health guarantee becomes invalid and the buyer assumes all responsibility for the health of the dog. This puppy has received vaccinations according to the medical record and is guaranteed not to be carrying any communicable disease. We take every reasonable precaution to ensure that puppies are free of hereditary defects, but due to complex genetic interactions and environmental conditions beyond our control, we cannot guarantee that the dog will be able to obtain any type of clearances. Faircloth Spaniels will not be held accountable for any types of health problems or unforeseen genetic complications.
